PRESS SERVICE

Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) will hold round-table interviews with the recipients of the Busan Awards, presented to films in the Competition section. Applications for the Busan Award winners’ interviews are open only to press members who have been issued a 2026 BIFF press badge. Press members interested in attending are invited to review the details below and submit an application.

| Application Period: October 13 (Tue) – 12:00 KST on October 14 (Wed), 2026

| Date & Time: October 15 (Thu), 2026, from 20:20 KST, following the Closing Ceremony

| Venue: Press Conference Room, 1F, BIFF Hill, Busan Cinema Center

■ Details

| Photo session and filmed remarks of Busan Award winners

| Round-table interviews with Busan Award winners

* The list of award winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony and cannot be disclosed in advance.

* The overall interview schedule will be finalized on the day, following the announcement of the award winners.

■ Duration

| Photo and Video Recording: 5 minutes per guests

| Round-table interview: 15–20 minutes per guest

* The format and duration may be adjusted depending on the guest participation and the number of media outlets registered.

* Round-table interviews may be conducted with only some of the award winners.
