■ Interview Format
Interviews may be conducted as one-on-one interviews, press roundtables, or group interviews, depending on guest requests and circumstances.
■ Interview Arrangements
All Individual Interview requests must be submitted through BIFF’s Public Relations (PR) team. Even when contacting a guest directly, please consult with the BIFF PR team in advance.
Previously arranged schedules may be subject to change depending on the guest’s circumstances, and interviews may not be possible if schedules cannot be coordinated.
■ Interview Confirmation
Interview schedules are finalized only after guests arrive in Busan and the BIFF PR team confirms and coordinates their availability directly with them. Therefore, exact interview times cannot be confirmed in advance. Finalized interview times and locations will be communicated individually.
■ Interview Duration
Each interview is limited to 40 minutes, including setup and photos. The duration may be shorter depending on the guest.
