The 31st Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) runs a Preview Room in Busan and Seoul offices from Sep 3 (Thu) to Sep 22 (Tue) for the press, requiring advance screening of the official selection.
|
|
|
▶ Period
Sep 3 (Thu) to Sep 22 (Tue), 2026 (for 16 days, including weekends)
※ Busan: closed every Monday, Seoul: closed on Sep 12 (Sat)

|
|
▶ How to Apply
※ Advance reservations are required by 6:00 p.m. one day prior to the desired viewing date.
Please apply via the link below and provide the following information: name, media outlet/company name, desired viewing date and time, and contact information.
※ The Preview Room is available to press badge holders only.
※ Please note that if you do not make a reservation in advance or arrive outside your reserved time slot, you may experience a longer wait.
※ 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. is the lunch break. No new reservations or walk-ins will be accepted during this time.
However, if your reserved viewing period includes 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m., you may continue to use the Preview Room during the lunch break.
Example:
- 12:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. → Reservation unavailable
- 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. → Reservation available; use of the Preview Room is permitted during 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.

▶ Screenings
Films unavailable for Preview Room screenings at the request of their directors or distributors will not be included on the list.
Please note that Korean subtitles are not available.
The Preview Room screening list will be updated on an ongoing basis.
